Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation for coffee will be accepted provided the request is made with 24 hours of order placement or before the order is roasted, whichever is earlier. Refund will be made online within 7 working days
Return Policy
In the rare event where you are not satisfied with our coffee, you can write to us at coffee@coffeenirvana.co.in for a refund with 48 hours of receiving the order. After evaluation, we will refund the amount online to your bank account within 7 working days. For brewing equipment and accessories, the refund can be made if the product is returned in new and unused condition. For warranty claims of brewing equipment, the product has to be delivered to our office at Bangalore at your own cost. The replacement product will be delivered to you at our cost.
